Rating: I rate it 5 out of 5
Great product! I had just received it! I am pleased so far, I like the fuss-free design! And as far as for the effects, it sorta tingled at first, but maybe I believe it was supposed to do that. But after I had applied it, it did, however, deliver its benefits. The formula is neutral, not too harsh, humectant, and hydrating at the same time. My eyes just gently absorbed the formula. The caffeine in this product just made me get this flawless afterglow and I can’t complain!
